At Divine Med Spa and Clinic, we are dedicated to providing a premier experience in beauty and wellness, where your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We believe in treating every client with the utmost care and respect, ensuring that each visit is not only effective but also delightful .

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • Booking:Appointments can be scheduled online through our website or by contacting our reception team at 954-856-2364 or after hour #954-681-1470. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.
  • Consultations:All new clients are required to book an initial consultation before their first treatment. This allows us to assess your needs and customize your treatment plan.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling:We understand that sometimes plans change. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through Zocdoc or by calling our office directly.
  • Same-Day Cancellations or Rescheduling:For any cancellations or rescheduling made within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time, a same-day appointment fee of $50 will be charged to your account.
  • No-Show Policy:If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us beforehand, a no-show fee of $50 will apply. 

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment Responsibility:Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment Methods:We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash app, Zelle, cash, Apple pay, and financing options (Cherry and Care Credit).
  • Pricing:All treatment prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes prior to your appointment.
  • Please note, a 2.4% surcharge applies to payments made via credit or debit card.
  • Insurance Verification:If you are using insurance to pay for your visit, we recommend verifying coverage before your appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure that we are an in-network provider, and to understand any co-pays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket expenses you may incur.
  • Co-pays & Fees:Any required co-pays, deductibles, or other fees are due at the time of your appointment. If payment is not made, your account may be subject to additional charges.
  • Consultation Fees: We charge a consultation fee for all appointments. The consultation fee must be paid at the time of booking, and this fee is non-refundable.
  • Service Fees: Fees for services provided at the Divine Med Spa & Clinic are based on the treatments selected. A detailed breakdown of fees will be provided at the time of consultation.

4. Deposit Amount:

  • Standard Deposit:A standard deposit amount of $50 is required for all appointments. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
  • If you have health insurance a deposit is not required

Purpose of Deposits:

  • Booking Confirmation:A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that we can offer your slot to other clients in the event of a cancellation.
  • Treatment Commitment:Deposits confirm your commitment to the scheduled appointment and assist us in maintaining the quality and availability of our services. 

5. Health and Safety

  • Health Disclosure:Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during their initial consultation to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.
  • COVID-19 Protocols:We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. 

6. Treatment Policies

  • Consultations:All treatments begin with a consultation to evaluate your needs and determine the most suitable approach. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
  • Late Arrivals:Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

7. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds:Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made for services, including deposits, consultation fees, and treatments rendered, are non-refundable. Once services have been provided or an appointment has been attended, no refund will be issued. The fee covers the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to providing a thorough evaluation, medical advice, and treatment recommendations. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns and explore options for resolution.
  • Product Returns:Skincare products purchased from our Medspa can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
